Carbon farming presents a promising solution for reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and our farmers in the Karnataka region have embraced this technology. The Eco Agripreneurs team is well-equipped to drive this initiative forward, leveraging its professional expertise, strong team, and opportunities for area expansion. Currently, the program is being implemented across 6,590 hectares in 54 villages across four districts (Davangere, Haveri, Vijayanagar and Gadag). Karnataka’s total paddy cultivation area stands at 7,71,031 hectares and we are systematically planning to expand the initiative.
